WOOD PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

The wood used in the production of the wood drone models is poplar and as such varies widely in appearance between boards. This means that your model may look slightly different than those featured in product photography.

Since the wood used is natural, the texture, grain, and knots will vary from product to product. Each piece of wood is hand selected for its character and models are handcrafted. We make no guarantee that any model will look exactly like any other.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

If we ship your package to the address on you entered, but then the item is returned to us due to incorrectly entered shipping address at checkout  we will require a second shipping fee.

REFUND POLICY

​

Refunds are only possible if the items are returned undamaged. Shadow models are custom made to order with tail numbers and wood burned base plates. As a result, Shadow Models are non-refundable.

FREE MODEL PRIZE RULES

​

The shadow model up for grabs is as is. It already has a finished base plate, with an emblem that pays ohmage to the manufacturer of the shadow system and does not have a tail number. Since the clear coat has already been applied to this model it is not possible to add a tail number now. The winner of the prize will be selected at random from a list of names of those who have made a purchase from our store between Jun 22nd, 2024 and July 2nd, 2024. After the name is selected, We will make a post on our Facebook page announcing the winner and will ship the model to an address of their choice. The address must be in the US or an APO address. If the winner is selected from Australia, an additional 35$ shipping fee will be incurred. Any purchase amount enters you for a chance to win.
